🎤 KeenKiz New Speaking Programs | Free Open Class

Strong communication is more than delivering a prepared speech.

Students also need to know how to speak up, listen carefully, organize their thoughts, ask good questions, respond in the moment, and express different ideas with confidence.

This fall, KeenKiz is launching two new Speaking & Communication Programs:

🌟 TalkWorks | Grades 4–8

Speak. Listen. Think. Respond.

TalkWorks is a highly interactive Public Speaking & Communication Club where students do much more than take turns giving speeches.

Throughout each Club Meeting, students actively participate in:

Public Speaking · Impromptu Speaking · Storytelling · Listening · Q&A · Peer Feedback · Club Roles · Discussion & Team Challenges

The 16-week program begins with core speaking skills, then gradually introduces impromptu speaking, student club roles, integrated speaking challenges, and a final Parent Showcase led by the students.

🌟 Unscripted | Grades 9–12

The scenario is set. The response is yours.

As students move through high school, more and more important communication happens without a prepared script.

They may need to handle:

Presentations · Q&A · Small Talk · Networking · Job Interviews · Group Discussions · Meetings · Student Hosting

Unscripted helps students learn how to listen, think, organize ideas, ask questions, and respond naturally in real-life situations, rather than memorizing standard answers.

Across 16 weeks, students will work through realistic communication scenarios including Presentation & Q&A, Interviews, Small Talk, Group Discussions, and Decision-Making Meetings.

The programs are designed and coordinated by KeenKiz, while trained and supported student leaders play an active role in delivering the club experience.
