麦克马斯特大学历史学博士，多伦多大历史本硕，本科期间辅修英语文学和社会学。Sheridan College 和 George Brown College 教授, 教授 English Communications、Canadian Literature、Business English 等课程；同时拥有多年线上英语辅导经验，并曾在麦克马斯特大学历史系担任 Teaching Assistant，负责带领讨论课、设计辅导任务、批改论文并为学生提供写作与学术提升建议。

Hello! My name is Alexander and I'm an English and History tutor with Keen-on-Learning! I'm a professor of English with more than two years of experience teaching at Sheridan College and George Brown College in the Greater Toronto Area, and over six years of experience as a Teaching Assistant in History at McMaster University. Teaching has always been my passion, and I consider it a privilege to get the opportunity to teach, whether in a large classroom setting or one-on-one sessions.

My experience as a university Teaching Assistant has also given me the skills to assess each individual student’s learning style, and tailor my lessons and instruction accordingly in order to suit their unique needs. I have worked with a diverse variety of students, many of them with English as their second language, and I have developed strategies for getting students to improve their English communication skills, particularly in the areas of essay writing.

Learning and reading are two of my biggest passions, and I always do my best to get my students invested in the material, making lessons that are both engaging and fun. I always do my best to make sure my students achieve their best!

教学风格：教学非常认真，擅长历史类、文学分析，学术写作。

一对一课程管理规则：

1. 小渔的一对一课程采用TutorBird管理系统。家长和学生账号开通后，会在每次开课前24小时收到系统邮件提醒，开课前2小时收到手机短信提醒。

2. 学生提前24小时取消或改期预约的课程，系统不扣费；24小时之内系统将自动扣课时费。

3. 不能登录TutorBird取消课程的学生，需要提前24小时通过邮件通知上课老师和管理老师。

4. 学生每个日历月允许免费取消或改期一次。

5. 开课后20分钟，学生还没有上线，老师会结束课程离开教室，并收取全额课时费。

6. 第一次预约可先支付一次课时费，后续课程一次性预付10次课时费。

7. 如需学期中途停课，需提前两周通知管理老师。

8. 家长收到续费提醒，请及时续费。
