多伦多大学文学本科，约克大学教育学硕士，OCT，皮尔区天主教育局在职教师、ESL老师，擅长领域：小学及高中英语，历史，社会学学习，ESL学科辅导。具有18年以上教学经验，其用心、细致的教学与对学生的关爱赢得了小渔学堂学生的一致喜爱与好评。

自我介绍：

“ My name is Agnes and I have worked in the field of education for over 20 years teaching elementary school children, high school students, and adults.  I am passionate about engaging students of diverse needs on all levels. I have developed programs and curriculum materials for many areas including ESL/ELD, English Grammar and Literature, as well as Social Sciences. I have extensive experience and knowledge of the curriculum expectations and can't wait to share them with you in a positive, fun, and educational environment. ”

一对一课程管理规则：

1. 小渔的一对一课程采用TutorBird管理系统。家长和学生账号开通后，会在每次开课前24小时收到系统邮件提醒，开课前2小时收到手机短信提醒。

2. 学生提前24小时取消或改期预约的课程，系统不扣费；24小时之内系统将自动扣课时费。

3. 不能登录TutorBird取消课程的学生，需要提前24小时通过邮件通知上课老师和管理老师。

4. 学生每个日历月允许免费取消或改期一次。

5. 开课后20分钟，学生还没有上线，老师会结束课程离开教室，并收取全额课时费。

6. 第一次预约可先支付一次课时费，后续课程一次性预付10次课时费。

7. 如需学期中途停课，需提前两周通知管理老师。

8. 家长收到续费提醒，请及时续费。
